Ingredients
 

Red wine - plums - pudding ...

  • 5 Fresh plums
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Cloves
  • 0,5 Cinnamon stick
  • 50 Milliliters Dry red wine
  • 50 Milliliters Water
  • 1 teaspoon Food starch

.. and quark dumplings

  • 125 g Quark
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Flour
  • Salt

with brown cinnamon butter

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Brown sugar
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

Serving

  • Mint fresh

Instructions
 

Red wine - plums - pudding ...

  • Wash, dry, stone and quarter the plums. Bring to the boil along with the sugar, the spices, red wine and water. Let simmer for five minutes on a low flame. Remove spices.
  • Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Add to the plums. Bring to the boil again briefly while stirring. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.

... und Quarkklößchen

  • Let the quark drain well. Mix the quark with the egg, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the flour and powdered sugar and stir in. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
  • Bring the water to the boil with salt. Shape the dough into dumplings, add them to the water and let them steep for about 15 minutes over a low heat. Take out of the water and drain.

with brown cinnamon butter

  • Melt the butter in a crucible. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Let it froth up briefly. Stir in breadcrumbs.

Serving

  • Put the plum pudding on a plate. Place the quark dumplings on top. Spread the cinnamon butter on top. Garnish with fresh mint.
