- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Cloves

- 50 Milliliters Dry red wine
- 50 Milliliters Water
- 1 teaspoon Food starch

- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon Flour
- Salt

- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoon (level) Brown sugar
- 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

Instructions
Red wine - plums - pudding ...
- Wash, dry, stone and quarter the plums. Bring to the boil along with the sugar, the spices, red wine and water. Let simmer for five minutes on a low flame. Remove spices.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Add to the plums. Bring to the boil again briefly while stirring. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.

- Let the quark drain well. Mix the quark with the egg, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the flour and powdered sugar and stir in. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
- Bring the water to the boil with salt. Shape the dough into dumplings, add them to the water and let them steep for about 15 minutes over a low heat. Take out of the water and drain.

- Melt the butter in a crucible. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Let it froth up briefly. Stir in breadcrumbs.
Serving
- Put the plum pudding on a plate. Place the quark dumplings on top. Spread the cinnamon butter on top. Garnish with fresh mint.
