Blackberry Vanilla Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g blackberries
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For a shake for two, with vanilla ice cream

Sort the blackberries, wash if necessary, and pat dry. Place them in a tall container with the sugar, honey, and lemon juice and puree until smooth using a hand blender or a blender. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the blackberry puree onto the inside of two drinking glasses (each holding about 250 ml) and swirl to coat. This will look great when served. Now add the milk and vanilla ice cream to the remaining blackberry puree. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender, pour into the glasses, and serve immediately. Tip: For decoration, shorten a wooden skewer for each glass, thread 2-3 blackberries onto them, and place or place on top.
