Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of blackcurrant juice, homemade
- 2 tsp, heaped gingerbread spice
- 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the currant juice with the gelling sugar and gingerbread spice and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 4 minutes. Then, while still hot, pour into prepared jars and seal immediately.
