Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 650 g currants, red and black
  • 0.7 liters of water
  • 0.7 liters of schnapps
  • 650 g brown rock sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the orange, place it in a large container along with the brown sugar and currants, add the water and schnapps, and let it stand for about 10 weeks.
