Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 24 rusks
- 60 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- possibly desiccated coconut
- possibly cocoa powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Brush the rusks with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Let them melt in the oven for 10 minutes. This bread is a quick alternative to “real” coffee bread and is perfect for spontaneous visits or as a gift. It will keep for 3 months if well-packaged. Variations with coconut flakes and/or cocoa powder are also delicious.
