Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g currants, black
- 100 g cream yogurt, Greek
- 150 ml milk, approx.
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- some sugar or agave syrup if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with Greek yogurt and lemon
De-stem and wash the blackcurrants. Blend them with the yogurt, milk, and lemon juice. Season with sugar and agave syrup, and pour into jars.
