- 1 bottle of vinegar (500 ml)
- 500 g black currants

Wash and sort the berries, and place them in a large screw-top jar. Fill with vinegar. Let stand at room temperature for at least eight weeks. Shake frequently. After the berries have settled, remove them and strain the vinegar. If you like, you can also strain the fruit and add it.
