Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup vinegar essence
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rosé wine
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • possibly sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 6 days; Total time approx. 6 days 10 minutes

Pour all ingredients into a bottle and seal. I used an old mulled wine bottle with a swing top for this. Let it steep for at least 6 days, turning it upside down frequently. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste.
