Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g beetroot, fresh, peeled, coarsely grated
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Mix the beetroot with the yogurt and cumin and season with salt and pepper. It tastes great with tagine dishes.
