Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), orange
- 2 onions, red
- 150 g lettuce (mixed leaf lettuce)
- 1 Cabanossi
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar rosso
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the bell pepper and dice roughly. Cut the Cabanossi into wafer-thin slices, fry in a non-stick pan without fat until crispy, remove from the pan, and drain on kitchen paper. Wash and trim the lettuce. Finely dice one onion and thinly slice the other. Mix the vinegar, honey, and mustard, season with salt and pepper, and whisk in the oil. Mix the lettuce leaves, bell pepper, corn, beans, diced onion, and dressing. Serve on plates, decoratively arrange the fried sausage slices and onion rings on top. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
