Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 200 g apricot jam or sour cherry jam

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and butter into a dough. If the dough is too soft, chill for about 30 minutes. Then roll out thinly and cut out round cookies and rings of equal size and quantity. Bake at 175-200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Brush the rings with melted chocolate and let dry. Then spread jam on the bottom of the cookies and place a ring on top. Tip: If necessary, the quantities can be doubled.
