Ingredients
Crumble dough:
- 500 g Flour type 1050
- 1 Pck. Baking powder
- 220 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Butter, soft
- 2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Apple filling:
- 1 Kg Apples
- 3 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- Icing sugar for dusting
- Almond sticks as needed
Instructions
Crumble dough:
- Knead all ingredients into a crumble dough. Press half of the dough into a well-buttered springform pan, pulling up an approx. 2 cm high rim. (Diameter approx. 24 cm)
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° (circulating air).
Apple filling:
- Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces the size of a game cube. Store in lemon water.
- Pour off the lemon water from the apple pieces and mix them with the vanilla sugar and the almond sticks. Pour the mixture on the dough and distribute the 2nd half of the crumble evenly over it.
- Bake on the middle shelf for 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown. Wooden stick sample not required. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Good Appetite.
