- 375 g Flour
- 1 packet Yeast dough guarantor
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Milk
- 75 g Butter
- 1,8 kg Apples
- 50 g Raisins
- 300 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 1,5 tsp Cinammon
- 200 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Peel apples and cut into wedges. Mix flour with yeast dough Garant well, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, milk and butter. Process everything into a smooth yeast dough. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, spread the apples on top. Scatter raisins on top. In a second mixing bowl, mix the crumble dough made from flour, sugar, cinnamon, butter and salt. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the apples. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Let cool down
