Apple Pie with Crumble from Tray

  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 packet Yeast dough guarantor
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 75 g Butter
  • 1,8 kg Apples
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Peel apples and cut into wedges. Mix flour with yeast dough Garant well, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, milk and butter. Process everything into a smooth yeast dough. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, spread the apples on top. Scatter raisins on top. In a second mixing bowl, mix the crumble dough made from flour, sugar, cinnamon, butter and salt.
