Blob – Cake

The perfect blob – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 225 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • Grated lemon peel
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • Egg
  • 360 g Jam or compote
  1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, lemon zest and butter. Process the ingredients with a hand mixer with dough hook on the highest setting to make sprinkles of the desired size.
