Blondies with almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g jam, of your choice
  • 150 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it in a saucepan with the butter. Let it cool briefly. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt, if desired, for about 5 minutes until creamy. Combine the flour with the baking powder, desiccated coconut, and almonds. Alternate between the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the batter into a well-greased pan and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Heat the jam in a small saucepan and brush it onto the still-warm brownies. Let it cool completely and cut into 5×5 cm cubes.
