Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g white chocolate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter, soft
- 100 g fruit, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter and chocolate coating in a saucepan and let cool for about 5 minutes. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then gradually stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift them over the mixture, and mix gently. Gently fold in the fruit. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. Let cool in the pan and then cut into pieces.
