Blondies with nuts

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts or macadamia nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gently melt the butter and white chocolate in a saucepan. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the chocolate-butter mixture, then briefly mix in the flour and coarsely chopped nuts. Bake in a conventional oven for about 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly in the pan and then cut into pieces.
