Blood Orange Pineapple Jelly
The perfect blood orange pineapple jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bottle Blood orange juice -z.b v. Aldi 0.75
- 1 Fresh pineapple
- 500 g Preserving sugar 3: 1
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Mix the preserving sugar together with the juice and pineapple and bring to the boil for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Make a gelling test and fill immediately into prepared swiss-off glasses.
