Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)

  • 1 piece(s) zucchini, approx. 7cm
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • n. B. water
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • rosemary
  • Bay leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Anyone can make this treat

Cut the vegetables into pieces. Place all the vegetables in a pot and pour water over them until they are covered. Season with spices and stir in the tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
