Blue cheese cream sauce with spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 40 ml milk
  • some pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • 300 g spaghetti, e.g. whole wheat spaghett

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crumble the blue cheese into small pieces, add it to a saucepan with the cream and milk, and stir over medium heat until dissolved. Season with pepper and honey. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with more milk; if it’s too runny, thicken it with a little cornstarch. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, drain, and serve with the sauce.
