Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crush the garlic with a garlic press. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash the blue cheese with a fork, then mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
