Blue cheese sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g cheese (white mold cheese)
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove some of the skin from the cheese and cut it into cubes. Add it to a saucepan with the cream and heat very slowly. Thicken slightly if necessary, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with tagliatelle or spaghetti. You can also refine it with some leaf spinach, and if you prefer a stronger dish, add a little more blue cheese.
