Blue Potato Salad
The perfect blue potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 4 Vitelotte potatoes
- 3 Handful Salad mix
- 6 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Spring onions
- 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 3 tablespoon Corn
dressing
- 0,5 Lime
- 1,5 Clementine
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cane sugar
- 0,5 Spring onions
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Cook the potatoes, let them cool down, peel them and cut them into slices.
- Put the salad mixture on a plate. Add the potatoes. Halve a tomato and add the sliced onion. Add the corn and sheep’s cheese to the salad. Salt and pepper.
dressing
- Mix the lime juice and clementine juice together. Add the olive oil, garlic and sliced spring onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
