Quick Variations of Pralines
The perfect quick variations of pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 100 g White couverture
- Nuts, marzipan as desired
- Melt the dark and light couverture together in a water bath. Sprinkle or lay out nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, brittle) and / or marzipan on praline molds (made of silicone). Pour in liquid chocolate. Let it set in the refrigerator. Press out of the mold and serve best on a pre-chilled plate (so that they don’t melt too quickly).
