Blue Rafaelo

  • 400 g Chopped white chocolate
  • 200 g Marzipan
  • 4 tablespoon Cream 10% fat
  • 1 tablespoon Advocaat
  • 1 tablespoon Curacao juice blue
  • 150 g Coconut flakes
  • 25 g Coconut butter
  1. Melt white chocolate with coconut butter and cream in a bowl over a hot water bath. When it is melted, take away and add blue curacao juice or blue food color and eggnog and stir well with a cooking spoon. Then stir in the marzipan that is still warm until it becomes a nice mixture. Mix in 120g coconut flakes. First with a scoop then by hand until a toe is mass. If necessary, you can add a little more coconut flakes.
