Blue Rafaelo

- 400 g Chopped white chocolate
- 200 g Marzipan
- 4 tablespoon Cream 10% fat
- 1 tablespoon Advocaat
- 1 tablespoon Curacao juice blue
- 150 g Coconut flakes
- 25 g Coconut butter
- Melt white chocolate with coconut butter and cream in a bowl over a hot water bath. When it is melted, take away and add blue curacao juice or blue food color and eggnog and stir well with a cooking spoon. Then stir in the marzipan that is still warm until it becomes a nice mixture. Mix in 120g coconut flakes. First with a scoop then by hand until a toe is mass. If necessary, you can add a little more coconut flakes. Now balls are formed with your hands, shredded in coconut flakes and placed on a tray. Then I put the ball in small cups. After that, the balls should cool in the refrigerator.
