Baked Schnitzel with Blue Cheese

The perfect baked schnitzel with blue cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Vegetable onion
  • 1 Chinese garlic
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes; 425 ml
  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 g Blue cheese
  • Pepper
  • Little salt
  • Dried oregano
  • Olive oil
  1. Wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in the flour and press lightly. Fry in hot olive oil in a pan until light brown. Brush a baking dish with olive oil and insert the schnitzel. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Sweat in a little olive oil. Add tomatoes and cream. Chop the cheese and add it. Melt while stirring. Season to taste with oregano, pepper and a little salt. Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Put in the hot oven and bake for half an hour.
  3. We also had croquettes and green beans.
