Baked Schnitzel with Blue Cheese

- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable onion
- 1 Chinese garlic
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes; 425 ml
- 200 g Cream
- 200 g Blue cheese
- Pepper
- Little salt
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil
- Wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in the flour and press lightly. Fry in hot olive oil in a pan until light brown. Brush a baking dish with olive oil and insert the schnitzel. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Finely dice the onion and garlic. Sweat in a little olive oil. Add tomatoes and cream. Chop the cheese and add it. Melt while stirring. Season to taste with oregano, pepper and a little salt. Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Put in the hot oven and bake for half an hour.
