Blueberry and leaf spinach smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g blueberries
  • 40 g raspberries
  • 80 g leaf spinach
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the blueberries, raspberries, and spinach leaves thoroughly. Then place them in a mug, glass, or bowl and blend with an immersion blender (or smoothie maker) until smooth. Then add the natural yogurt, lemon juice, orange juice, and honey and blend with the immersion blender. Serve, garnishing with a fresh mint leaf if desired. It’s especially nice to refrigerate the smoothie beforehand in the summer when it’s very warm.
