Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 4 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pkt. sauce powder, vanilla flavor
  • 5 tbsp milk, cold

Instructions

For the topping, sort the blueberries, wash them, and drain well. For the dough, mix 100g of quark with 1 tablespoon of milk, salt, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, 50g of sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Sift 200g of plain flour with 12g of baking powder, stir in half, and knead in the rest. Roll out the dough on the bottom of a greased springform pan (approximately 28cm in diameter), press up the edges slightly, and spread the blueberries evenly over the dough. For the glaze, beat 50g of butter until smooth, gradually stir in 100g of sugar, 250g quark, 1 egg, 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sauce powder, and 5 tablespoons of cold milk. Spread the glaze over the blueberries. Electricity: 175-200 ° C (preheated), Gas: 2 – 3 (not preheated), Baking time: 60 – 70 minutes.
