Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g blueberries, fresh or drained from a jar
- 50 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- ¼ liter of milk, preferably whole milk
- 100 g flour
- ⅛ liter cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the blueberries in a baking dish. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly (about 2-3 minutes). Pour over the blueberries and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
