Blueberry casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries, fresh or drained from a jar
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • ¼ liter of milk, preferably whole milk
  • 100 g flour
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the blueberries in a baking dish. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly (about 2-3 minutes). Pour over the blueberries and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
