Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Lemon flavor
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Beat the egg with a fork until fluffy. Combine the sugar and vanilla sugar with the egg. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Stir in the baking powder and flour, then stir in the lemon zest and butter. Mix the blueberries into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased cup or microwave-safe container and bake at 600 watts for about 4 minutes.
