Blueberry cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • ¼ liter yogurt
  • ⅛ liter sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Set aside 1 tablespoon of blueberries for garnish, then puree the rest and the bananas. Mix in all other ingredients. Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate. Decorate the cream with blueberries.
