Blueberry gnocchi with white chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g gnocchi, fresh, from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g blueberries
  • ½ tbsp brown cane sugar
  • ½ tbsp almond slivers
  • butter
  • Chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a sweet breakfast, also ideal for using up leftovers

Wash and sort the blueberries. Heat a little butter and sugar in a pan. Add the gnocchi and slivered almonds. Reduce the heat slightly so the mixture doesn’t overcook. When the gnocchi have taken on some color after 3-4 minutes, add the blueberries and heat briefly, stirring gently. Transfer to a plate and, if desired, grate some white chocolate over the hot blueberry gnocchi to melt it. If you like it sweeter, you can use more or add the chocolate in small pieces to the hot gnocchi.
