with date sweetness, without sugar

Briefly rinse the strawberries and remove the green parts, then cut into small pieces. Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of date powder, and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. In the meantime, whip some cream (as needed) without sugar until stiff peaks form. Melt the remaining date powder and syrup in a pan over medium heat. Cut the walnuts into small pieces and immediately add them to the pan. Caramelize briefly, stirring frequently to prevent them from burning. Let the walnuts cool briefly, making sure the pieces are not too close together. Pour the cream over the strawberries and serve sprinkled with the walnuts.
