Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 2 cups of yogurt, vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh (blueberries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sweet refreshment on hot summer days

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and puree. Mix with yogurt and powdered sugar and fold in the whipped cream. Fold about 2/3 of the blueberries into the Fool, divide the cream between 4 glasses, and sprinkle with the remaining blueberries.
