Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk, whole milk
- 285 g yogurt, vanilla
- 160 g mango(s), ripe
- 160 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the milk and yogurt in a blender. Peel and pit the mango, and dice the flesh. Add it to the blender along with the blueberries and blend well. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar, pour into glasses, and serve immediately. Depending on the size of the glasses, this will make 2-4.
