Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 225 g sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 120 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 220 g blueberries, fresh or from the jar, drained
  • Grease for the mold or 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a 12-hole muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk together the oil, eggs, and milk and add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together. Finally, fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
