Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 225 g sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 120 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 220 g blueberries, fresh (blueberries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk together the oil, eggs, and milk and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Finally, fold in the blueberries. Divide the batter among the 12 muffin tins and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
