Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g blueberries from the jar
  • Paper cups or
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

makes 12 pieces.

Prepare the muffin tin. Place the paper baking cups in the tin or grease the holes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in the yogurt. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together to form a batter. Then fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake at 180°C in the center of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Let rest in the tin for 5-10 minutes.
