Blueberry – Peach – Sheet

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • 400 g flour
  • ¾ pack of baking powder
  • 1 can/n peach(s) , (pie peaches)
  • 1 jar blueberries
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 175°C (fan/convection oven). Drain the fruit and set aside. Beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the buttermilk, flour, and baking powder. Grease and flour a baking sheet or line it with baking paper. Spread the batter on the sheet and top with the drained fruit. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let cool and then dust with powdered sugar, if desired. You can also use other fruits according to your taste.
