Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough (chilled ready-made product)
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs (Philadelphia Balance)
  • 1 onion(s), red (cut into rings)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Roll out the pizza dough, spread with Philadelphia cheese, and top with onion rings. Roll the dough up from the short side and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut three deep cuts lengthwise into the dough and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Perfect for barbecue season or with a delicious salad.
