Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml milk
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Flour for rolling out
  • 300 g blueberries, frozen
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp almonds, sliced ​​and
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Thaw the blueberries at room temperature. Meanwhile, make a yeast dough from the ingredients listed above (see basic recipes, database), let the dough rest for 30 minutes. For the topping, mix the eggs, sugar, and sour cream. Knead the dough again, pour it into a greased 26cm springform pan, and press a rim approximately 3cm high. Spread the blueberries on the dough and pour the egg and sour cream mixture over it. Bake the pizza on the middle rack at 150°C for 20 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with almond flakes and powdered sugar. You can also use other fruits, such as sweet or sour cherries, apples, etc. Can be served as a main course or dessert.
