Blackberry-Coconut-Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 50 ml coconut syrup
  • 160 g gelling sugar (diet)
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sort the blackberries, wash if necessary. Chop the banana and add it to a saucepan with the blackberries. Bring to a boil, simmer for about 1 minute, then puree with a hand blender. Add the coconut syrup and preserving sugar. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and, if you don’t like seeds and chunks of fruit, strain the mixture through a sieve. Pour everything into jam jars with screw lids and turn the jars upside down for a few minutes.
