Blueberry Shake with Yogurt

- 175 g Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 250 g Natural yogurt
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
To garnish:
