Dessert: Blueberry Yogurt Dessert

The perfect dessert: blueberry yogurt dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Lowfat quark
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 300 g Blueberries
  • 20 Amarettinis
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Grated chocolate for decoration
  1. Bring the blueberries to the boil with 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp (no more) water, allow to cool. Mix the quark with the yogurt and the remaining sugar. Put some quark mass in a glass, amarettinis on top, then half of the blueberry mass, then again amarettinis, on top of the remaining quark mass.
  1. Now sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Let cool for at least 1 hour.
