Elderflower Strawberry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 piece Strawberry yogurt Actimel, approx. 75 ml
  • 2 tbsp Elderflower syrup from Monin
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 stalk Mint
  • 1 pinch Ground bourbon vanilla
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Pluck the mint leaves and cut them into small pieces. Puree all ingredients finely. The specified ingredients are sufficient for a cocktail glass. Add a little more sparkling mineral water if you like. Serve with crushed ice cubes. Decorate with mint if necessary.
  • For two glasses, simply double the amount, but only increase the elderflower syrup to 3 tbsp.
