Ingredients
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 piece Strawberry yogurt Actimel, approx. 75 ml
- 2 tbsp Elderflower syrup from Monin
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 stalk Mint
- 1 pinch Ground bourbon vanilla
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Pluck the mint leaves and cut them into small pieces. Puree all ingredients finely. The specified ingredients are sufficient for a cocktail glass. Add a little more sparkling mineral water if you like. Serve with crushed ice cubes. Decorate with mint if necessary.
- For two glasses, simply double the amount, but only increase the elderflower syrup to 3 tbsp.
