Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 300 g blueberries, frozen
  • 500 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Mint, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas. Place the frozen blueberries, yogurt, bananas, vanilla sugar, and honey in a blender. Blend everything on the intermittent setting, stirring occasionally with a spoon. Then blend vigorously on the highest setting until a creamy mixture forms. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
