Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 250 g blueberries, frozen
- ½ tbsp honey
- 250 ml orange juice
- e.g. ice cream (vanilla or cassis)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas and kiwi. Puree all ingredients thoroughly, either in a blender or in a tall container using an immersion blender. Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses. Serve with straws. If you like it a little sweeter, add a scoop of vanilla or blackcurrant ice cream to each.
