Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 200 g lean ham, diced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

hearty spread

Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and spread evenly in a shallow dish (preferably glass, so you can see the layers). Arrange the ham cubes on top. Rinse the eggs and peel them. Finely chop the eggs, red onion, and parsley. Now layer the ham in the dish in exactly this order (eggs, onion, parsley). Serve for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
