Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small jar of blueberries (wild blueberries)
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 250 g quark or cream cheese, natural
- 2 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 2 packs of instant gelatin

Drain the blueberries thoroughly in a sieve. Using a mixer, blend the blueberry juice with the yogurt, quark or cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Then thoroughly mix in both packets of instant gelatin and finally fold in the drained blueberries. Transfer the cream to a pretty bowl, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours to set. Tips: A garnish of dollops of freshly whipped cream completes the flavor. The dessert will be even more aromatic if you add 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam before adding the drained blueberries.
