Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bowl of broccoli
- ¾ bowl feta cheese, low-fat
- 3 egg whites
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp ginger
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fat-loose recipe
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until lightly browned. Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and leeks into small pieces. Add the vegetables and pine nuts to the pan, season, and cook until the broccoli and bell peppers are tender. Then add the egg whites to the pan. Stir through and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Transfer everything to a plate or bowl and sprinkle with the diced feta cheese.
